Job Description

The Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) is seeking an Entry-Level Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team in Kuwait City. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of M&E plans, logical frameworks, and performance indicators for KFAS projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the systematic collection, accurate compilation, and insightful analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from diverse primary and secondary sources.
- Contribute significantly to the preparation of timely, accurate, and comprehensive M&E reports, executive summaries, and compelling presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain and update the M&E database and information management systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Participate in fieldwork, site visits, and data verification activities as required, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Assist in identifying lessons learned, best practices, and success stories to continuously inform program design, improve implementation strategies, and foster organizational learning.
- Collaborate effectively with program managers and staff across departments to ensure M&E activities are seamlessly integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly advanced Excel skills for data management.

- Foundational understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) concepts, principles, and basic research methodologies.
