Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to all data protection policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, directing complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and HR efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws in all administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
