Cim Group is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring Procurement Manager – no prior experience required! We believe in cultivating talent from the ground up and are offering a unique pathway for a passionate individual to learn, grow, and excel in the critical domain of procurement.
This role is designed for a bright, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual who possesses a strong aptitude for negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. While experience isn’t a prerequisite, a keen interest in supply chain management, economics, or business operations is highly valued. As a Procurement Manager Trainee (or similar, given the ‘no experience’ context, but titled ‘Manager’ to match the keyword), you will undergo a comprehensive training program, working alongside seasoned professionals to understand the intricacies of our procurement processes. You will learn how to identify potential suppliers, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services that meet our stringent quality standards and budgetary requirements.
This isn’t just a job; it’s a launchpad for your career. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact from day one, contributing to our operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Cim Group is committed to providing a supportive environment where you can develop foundational procurement skills, enhance your business acumen, and build a robust professional network. If you are eager to learn, thrive in a collaborative setting, and are ready to take on challenges, we invite you to apply and grow with us. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership potential, an ability to adapt quickly, and an unwavering commitment to achieving organizational goals. Embrace this opportunity to shape your future and contribute to the success of a leading Mauritian enterprise.
