Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates for legal professionals.
  • Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, organizing inboxes, and prioritizing urgent communications.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct online research as required, compiling information and presenting findings clearly.
  • Maintain and update client databases and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and webinars, including setting up technology and managing attendees.

Required Skills
