You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions that underpin our Pompano Beach operations, acting as the central point for office logistics and employee support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate and manage office vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning services, snack/beverage suppliers, maintenance).
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the office space, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations, managing access cards, and coordinating initial setup.
- Administer office security protocols and access systems.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and expense reporting as needed.
- Act as a liaison between different departments for administrative needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and employee experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in an office management or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
