Nigerian Breweries Plc is seeking a dynamic Entry-Level Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team in Etche, Port Harcourt. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for assigned brands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotional support in the market.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, collect data, and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the coordination with external agencies and partners for creative development, media planning, and event logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Prepare presentations and reports on marketing activities, insights, and results for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of innovative ideas for new products, brand extensions, or marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (minimum Second Class Upper division).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- High level of enthusiasm, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Must have completed or be exempted from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in a marketing, sales, or FMCG environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated interest in the beverage industry and brand management.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Etche and wider Rivers State.
