Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
- Perform intricate hardware repairs including screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, speaker/microphone fixes, and component-level soldering.
- Execute software flashing, firmware upgrades, operating system reinstalls, and data backup/recovery procedures.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on repaired devices to ensure full functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly communication to customers regarding device issues, repair timelines, and costs.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper handling.
