As a Delivery Courier Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact and support for our valued courier partners, empowering them to deliver excellence. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on engagement with our fleet, providing real-time issue resolution for everything from delivery challenges and technical difficulties with our mobile app to navigating unexpected route changes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time operational support and guidance to FlashBox couriers regarding route navigation, delivery protocols, and platform usage.
- Resolve courier-related issues and escalations promptly and effectively, including delivery challenges, technical difficulties, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor live delivery operations, identify potential delays or disruptions, and proactively communicate with couriers to mitigate impacts.
- Assist in optimizing courier routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and meet delivery timelines.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with the dispatch and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Conduct basic training or onboarding refreshers for couriers on new features or best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of courier support processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or logistics support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using web-based applications, dispatch software, and mobile technology.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
