Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with precision and confidentiality.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and hospital events.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
