Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment in accordance with established safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Perform various tasks related to product assembly, filling, sealing, and labeling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on products at different stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Package finished products into appropriate containers, boxes, or pallets, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with colleagues.
