Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests and colleagues in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
- Assist with the meticulous setup and breakdown of cafeteria service areas, ensuring they are always clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas, including dining tables, counters, serving equipment, and communal spaces.
- Promptly replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained throughout service periods.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide friendly, helpful assistance to guests and colleagues, escalating more complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Operate basic kitchen and serving equipment safely and effectively, following all operational guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage management team to support overall departmental operations.
