Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured 18-24 month Graduate Trainee program, engaging in various learning modules and rotational assignments.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives across different business functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, HR) to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Undergo mentorship and coaching from senior leaders, actively seeking feedback for continuous personal and professional development.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Nigerian Breweries' products, market dynamics, and operational processes.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines in all activities.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Upper or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter (for Nigerian applicants).
- Not more than 2 years of post-NYSC experience (for Nigerian applicants).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.
