Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions and workshops to rapidly acquire product knowledge and sales methodologies.
- Generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Engage prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and present suitable property solutions from Adron Homes' portfolio.
- Conduct property viewings and site inspections for interested clients, providing detailed information and answering questions.
- Assist senior sales executives in managing client relationships and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns effectively.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate sector.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

- Prior experience in a customer service, direct sales, or marketing role (even if informal) is a plus
- Familiarity with the Alimosho and larger Lagos real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to speak local languages (Yoruba) fluently is a bonus
