Job Description
As a Finance Clerk at Beebe Healthcare, you will be an essential part of our dedicated finance team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with precision.
- Perform daily data entry into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist with reconciliation of bank statements, vendor statements, and various financial accounts.
- Prepare and maintain organized financial files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
