Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and courteously assist them with seating arrangements, accommodating special requests when possible.
- Present menus, clearly explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, promptly inputting them into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and promptly, meticulously ensuring optimal presentation, correct portioning, and adherence to our high-quality standards.
- Continuously monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, anticipating needs and responding to requests in a timely, polite, and highly professional manner.
- Efficiently clear tables, thoroughly clean dining areas, and meticulously reset for the next guests.
- Handle all guest inquiries and expertly resolve any dining-related issues or concerns with a calm, polite, and genuinely helpful attitude.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization for all dining areas, service stations, and essential equipment.
- Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with kitchen staff, bar staff, and all other team members to ensure seamless, coordinated service delivery.
- Strictly adhere to all established health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of demonstrable experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and best practices.
- Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Italian) is a significant advantage.
- A diploma or certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
