Safricas is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our project in Gbadolite, Nord-Ubangi Province, as a Construction Laborer – Site Helper. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, drills, grinders).
- Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles, digging trenches, or setting up safety barriers.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades as required.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment, reporting shortages or defects to supervisors.
- Support concrete pouring and finishing activities, including mixing, spreading, and vibrating concrete.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site foreman or supervisor to ensure project completion.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
