As a Marketing Campaign Assistant, you will work closely with our Brand Managers and the broader marketing team, contributing to initiatives that span digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print collateral, and community outreach. You will assist in content creation, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and help manage project timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Managers in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., clinical departments, communications, digital services) and external vendors to gather content, approvals, and ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Draft compelling marketing copy for diverse platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare landscape.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and assist in preparing comprehensive reports on key metrics and ROI.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Facilitate the procurement and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaign development and brand activation.

Required Skills
