Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the corporate office with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and providing general information efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meeting rooms as requested.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assist with visitor badge issuance and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Handle office supply inventory, ordering, and reconciliation as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate events and internal meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues or escalating as appropriate.
- Operate standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
