Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships within the Canterbury/Smyrna region.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations and future goals.
- Present tailored financial solutions, including investments, insurance, retirement plans, and wealth management strategies.
- Travel independently within the designated territory to meet with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain robust, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets, activity metrics, and performance goals.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (2+ years).

- Current FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and/or state Life and Health insurance licenses, or a willingness to obtain them promptly.
