Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Maintain precise inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation processes.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track product movement to ensure compliance with operational timelines.
- Support the logistics team in data entry and generating reports for performance analysis.
- Participate in inventory counts and contribute to maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
- Identify and report potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the logistics process.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures.
- Learn and apply best practices in supply chain management as guided by senior team members.
