Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, remote customer support via phone, chat, and email for a wide range of Verizon products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices, home internet, TV, and other Verizon offerings.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service changes, and upgrades.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
