Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, verification, and maintenance with a high degree of accuracy across various databases and systems.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle office supply inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
