Key Responsibilities
- Operate professional video cameras (e.g., DSLRs, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras) for various productions, both on-location and in-studio.
- Skillfully set up and adjust lighting equipment, including softboxes, LEDs, and practicals, to achieve desired moods and visual effects.
- Manage and operate audio recording equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recorders, ensuring high-quality sound capture.
- Collaborate effectively with directors, producers, and clients to interpret creative briefs and execute their vision.
- Execute various camera movements and techniques (e.g., handheld, dolly, slider, gimbal, crane) to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
- Conduct thorough pre-production checks on all camera, lighting, and audio gear to ensure optimal functionality and prevent technical issues.
- Diligently maintain, clean, and organize all production equipment, ensuring it is charged and ready for immediate use.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues with equipment quickly and efficiently during live production scenarios.
- Assist with other aspects of production as needed, including set construction, breakdown, and minor grip work.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and best practices on set and location to ensure a secure working environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED, Arri).
- Strong understanding of lighting principles, techniques, and equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Competence in audio recording techniques, equipment operation, and post-production audio fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge of video codecs, frame rates, resolutions, camera settings, and video formats.
- Excellent visual composition, shot framing, and cinematic storytelling skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing conditions, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills within a fast-paced team environment.

- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) for workflow efficiency.
- Experience with live streaming production and multi-camera setups.
- Valid G Class driver's license and access to reliable transportation for shoots.
