Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in structured rotational assignments across various functional areas (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to gain comprehensive business exposure.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Learn and strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices, including compliance with quality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Actively seek and respond to feedback for continuous personal and professional development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
