Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in structured rotational assignments across various functional areas (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to gain comprehensive business exposure.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Learn and strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices, including compliance with quality, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Actively seek and respond to feedback for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance leadership capabilities, technical skills, and industry knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • High level of adaptability and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
