Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance to senior stylists during various hair services, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients' hair.
- Efficiently prepare and maintain workstations, ensuring they are impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary tools, products, and supplies.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon premises, including regular sweeping, tidying, and thorough sterilization of equipment.
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival, offer complimentary beverages, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their entire salon visit.
- Actively learn and meticulously practice fundamental hairdressing techniques under direct supervision, such as precise blow-drying, basic styling, and expert product application.
- Manage salon laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and meticulously folding towels, capes, and other linen items.
- Provide support to the front desk operations, assisting with appointment scheduling, managing client inquiries, and processing payments during peak periods.
- Observe and assist with complex services such as chemical treatments (coloring, perms) and advanced styling, gaining valuable insight and hands-on experience.
- Commit to attending all scheduled training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to continuously enhance skills, knowledge, and stay abreast of industry trends.
