Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in person and virtually.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and explaining technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough and engaging test drives, demonstrating vehicle performance and safety.
- Present clear and accurate pricing, financing, and warranty options.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete all necessary sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to build relationships and generate repeat business.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across our entire vehicle lineup.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role (1+ year)
