Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our dedicated team, focusing on outdoor field sales within the vibrant Jakande Estate, Lekki community. This pivotal role involves actively prospecting, acquiring, and managing new customer accounts, as well as fostering strong relationships with existing clients to promote Access Bank’s comprehensive range of financial products and services. As an Outdoor Field Sales Representative, you will be the direct interface between Access Bank and the market, responsible for driving customer acquisition, cross-selling various banking solutions (e.g., savings accounts, current accounts, loans, digital banking products, investments), and meeting ambitious sales targets. You will spend a significant portion of your time in the field, engaging with individuals, small businesses, and corporations, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions that align with Access Bank’s offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers within the Jakande Estate, Lekki area through proactive outdoor field activities.
- Present and promote Access Bank’s diverse range of financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for customer acquisition and product penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and understanding their financial needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored banking solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently for new customer onboarding and product activation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and inform product development.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
- Represent Access Bank professionally and ethically in all customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in outdoor field sales or direct marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of basic financial products and services (or willingness to learn rapidly).

Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of an OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking sales.
- Existing network or strong understanding of the Jakande Estate, Lekki market.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to speak local languages relevant to the Jakande Estate area.
