Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver documents, packages, and mail to various departments within the office and to external locations across Lagos promptly and securely.
- Ensure all deliveries are recorded accurately, maintaining clear logs of outgoing and incoming items.
- Verify the contents of packages against delivery notes and obtain proper signatures upon delivery.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of any assigned company equipment, including motorbikes if applicable.
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail sorting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts, providing updates on delivery status.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

- Valid Class A (Motorcycle) driver's license and proven safe riding record
- Familiarity with various areas and routes within Lagos
- Ability to operate a motorbike proficiently and safely
