Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a broad range of banking inquiries, including account balances, statements, and transaction details.
  • Accurately process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
  • Onboard new customers, assist with account opening procedures, and guide them through our banking services.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of digital banking channels and provide support for online and mobile banking.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and security procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with branch colleagues to meet service standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Handle and balance cash responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all cash-related transactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in handling financial data.
