Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to internal users.
- Assist in the monitoring of system performance, network availability, and server health to proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and various applications.
- Support user account management, including creation, modification, and access control permissions.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and common issues for knowledge base improvement.
- Assist with basic cybersecurity tasks, such as applying patches, monitoring security alerts, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
- Collaborate with senior administrators on IT projects, system upgrades, and incident response efforts.
- Perform routine data backups and assist in disaster recovery drills.
- Ensure all IT operations adhere to company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Fundamental knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
