Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in structured training modules and workshops.
- Undertake assigned projects and tasks within various business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.
- Receive and act on feedback from mentors and managers to continuously improve performance.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Actively seek learning opportunities and demonstrate a proactive approach to skill development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership potential demonstrated through academic or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
