Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and branding.
- Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and uphold the highest standards of visual quality and consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing, content, and account management teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design choices and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Prepare final files for various output channels, ensuring technical specifications are met for both digital and print production.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (digital and print)
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Solid grasp of branding principles and ability to apply them consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions

Preferred Qualifications
