Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program to understand banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients (individual and/or corporate).
- Identify client financial needs and proactively recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve set targets for client acquisition, retention, and product penetration.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and portfolio performance.
