Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across core subjects (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies) in accordance with the school's curriculum and national standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning and respectful of individual differences.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and contribute to the school's overall educational goals.
- Participate in professional development programs, staff meetings, and school events outside of regular teaching hours.
