Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing line, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure adherence to Coca-Cola's rigorous quality standards.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality control parameters.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Trade Test, OND, or equivalent certification in a relevant engineering or technical field.
- 1-3 years of prior experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or similar role in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
- Experience with automated production lines and control systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
