Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing line, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure adherence to Coca-Cola's rigorous quality standards.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality control parameters.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift.

Required Skills

  • Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to operational challenges.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface operation.
  • Ability to read and accurately follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Trade Test, OND, or equivalent certification in a relevant engineering or technical field.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or similar role in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
  • Experience with automated production lines and control systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
