Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of merchandising strategies and visual displays to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Learn and apply planogram guidelines to ensure accurate product placement and optimal shelf presentation across various departments.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and participate in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Ensure products are priced correctly, clearly ticketed, and meet all store presentation and branding standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including tidying shelves, displays, and promotional areas.
- Support the team in preparing for promotional events, seasonal changes, and new product launches, including setting up and dismantling displays.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing basic assistance, directing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, particularly concerning product handling and store operations.
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seek opportunities for continuous learning and skill development in merchandising.
- Provide constructive feedback and observations to merchandising leads and management to help improve store presentation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
