Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Content Editor with a specialized focus on blog and article review to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Optimize content effectively for search engine optimization (SEO), including strategic keyword placement, compelling meta descriptions, and accurate alt text, in close collaboration with SEO specialists.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback and guidance to content writers to enhance their writing quality and skills.
- Rigorously verify facts, statistics, and sources to ensure the credibility, accuracy, and reliability of all published information.
- Efficiently manage editorial workflows and deadlines, ensuring the timely publication of high-quality, error-free content.
- Collaborate effectively with content strategists, writers, and designers to conceptualize, develop, and refine engaging content ideas.
- Stay continuously updated on industry trends, best practices in content editing, digital storytelling, and evolving SEO algorithms.
- Review and provide final approval for content prior to its publication across various digital platforms, including our website and social media channels.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, demonstrating mastery of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
- Proven extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in content editing and proofreading, specifically with blogs and articles in a digital context.
- Strong understanding and practical application of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
