Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and styling advice.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, sizing, and replenishment.
- Assist with incoming merchandise, including unpacking, pricing, and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Adhere to all company safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
