Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment-related documents and reports.
  • Contribute to the organization of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Learn and apply best practices in HR management, complying with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a supportive and productive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in a career in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Latvian labor laws and HR practices (advantageous but not required, training will be provided).
  • Fluency in Latvian is a plus.
  • Previous experience (even informal or volunteer) in an administrative or customer service role.
