Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general administrative support, including accurate data entry, meticulous filing, efficient scanning, and professional management of office correspondence.
  • Assist diligently in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and meticulously maintaining calendars for team members and executives.
  • Manage and organize all office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are consistently maintained and proactively placing orders when necessary.
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, accurately directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Prepare and format various documents, presentations, and reports with precision and attention to detail as requested by management.
  • Support the coordination and smooth execution of office events, internal workshops, or various gatherings.
