Job Description
This pivotal role calls for a highly experienced and strategic Manager to oversee a corporate or departmental unit within Zenith Bank Plc’s operations in Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, achieving strategic objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture within their designated department. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the department, ensuring adherence to the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned corporate or departmental unit, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop, implement, and monitor departmental strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the bank's overall strategic vision.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards, minimizing risk exposure.
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and judicious resource allocation for the department.
