Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Corporate/Operations team in Rumuokoro, Port Harcourt. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to Zenith Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Implement and monitor corporate strategies and initiatives to achieve operational targets and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international banking regulations, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing strategies to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze operational data, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service delivery across all operational touchpoints.
- Manage budget allocations for operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Address customer complaints and escalated issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
