Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding bank products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues, including but not limited to account balances, transaction history, online banking support, and debit card assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the bank's CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and personalized service.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security protocols.
- Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
