Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support senior accountants in generating financial reports and statements.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial documentation for audits and reviews.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial information in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
- Adhere to internal controls and established accounting procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in an accounting or finance department.
