Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards (e.g., GMP), and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare daily production reports, analyze data, and provide insights for operational enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
