Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities such as conversations, games, and light exercise.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying living areas, and kitchen cleanup.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Remind clients to take medications at prescribed times.
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Document care services provided accurately and promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all Right at Home policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines.
