TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Mississauga is actively seeking dedicated Moving Crew Pack Helpers to join our exceptional team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be an essential part of our crew, primarily focusing on the careful and efficient packing of customers’ belongings, as well as assisting with the safe loading and unloading of household items and commercial goods. As a Moving Crew Pack Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced movers, learning the best practices in packing fragile items, disassembling furniture, and employing strategic loading techniques to ensure secure transit. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack customers' belongings using appropriate packing materials and techniques.
- Carefully disassemble and reassemble furniture as required, ensuring all parts are accounted for.
- Protect furniture and other items with padding and shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading items onto and off the moving truck, utilizing proper lifting and carrying techniques.
- Effectively communicate with team members and customers to ensure a smooth and positive moving experience.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the well-being of the crew and customer property.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and communicate any issues to the team lead.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and for extended periods.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in packing, moving, or general labour.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record (though not for driving, demonstrates responsibility).
- Customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
