Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging data reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various club functions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to fan behaviour, marketing campaigns, ticketing sales, merchandise performance, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting models to predict future trends, such as attendance, revenue streams, and fan engagement metrics, supporting strategic planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, finance, and football departments to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Clean, transform, and validate complex datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects as required by senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Proven experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

- Previous experience in the sports, entertainment, or retail industry.
