Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently dispense fuel into customer vehicles, ensuring accurate quantities as requested.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately, process transactions, and issue receipts.
  • Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and answer inquiries professionally.
  • Promote and sell lubricants, car care products, and other station merchandise to increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the pump island, convenience store (if applicable), and station premises.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies regarding fuel handling and station operations.
  • Conduct daily checks on pump functionality and report any malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
  • Assist in taking inventory of products and reporting discrepancies to the station manager.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the MRS Oil brand positively.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth station operations and customer flow.
