Allianz Technology SE is offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow into an IT Manager (Gerente de TI) through a structured training and development program. This is not just a job; it’s a career trajectory designed to equip you with the strategic, technical, and leadership skills necessary to excel in managing complex IT operations and teams within a global financial services context.

As an IT Manager in training, you will initially work closely with experienced IT Managers, shadowing their daily activities, participating in strategic planning, and taking on supervised responsibilities. Your journey will involve hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder communication, team coordination, budget oversight, and technology lifecycle management. We understand that stepping into management requires specific skill sets that are often honed through experience. Therefore, our comprehensive training program will cover areas such as leadership development, advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), IT service management frameworks (ITIL), cybersecurity best practices, cloud infrastructure management, and data analytics. This program is tailored to bridge the gap between technical expertise and managerial leadership.

This role is ideal for individuals who have demonstrated strong technical acumen in their previous IT positions, perhaps as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or Project Coordinator, and are now ready to take on greater responsibility and leadership. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our IT systems, contributing directly to Allianz’s global business success. We foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where continuous learning is not just encouraged but actively supported. If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a tangible impact within a world-class organization, this program is your gateway to becoming a successful IT leader with Allianz Technology SE. We value diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
